Assistant to the Dean of Students - Full Time / Benefit Eligible; 45 Weekday Hours (Both 1st and 2nd Shift), Weekend Hours Required Occasionally
The Assistant to the Dean of Students will promote growth towards Appropriate Independence™ by guiding staff and students in the implementation of activities, coordination, residential life and advising. On-call responsibilities for staffing, medical and behavior emergencies. Requirements include experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, effective communication skills (both verbal and written), strong organizational skills and a high level of professionalism. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Residential Life Weekend Lead - Full Time / Benefit Eligible; 12-17 Weekday Hours (1st or 2nd Shift), 28 Weekend Hours (Saturdays & Sundays 7:00am - 9:00pm)
The Residential Life Weekend Lead will promote growth towards Appropriate Independence™ by guiding weekend staff and students in the implementation of daily living skills training, provide weekend supervision and give direction to students through both structured activities and leisure time interactions. On-call responsibilities for medical and behavioral emergencies. Requirements include experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, effective communication skills (both verbal and written), strong organizational skills and a high level of professionalism. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Residential Life Weekend Staff – Part Time 28 Hours (Full Time Opportunities Available if Desired) / Potential for Benefit Eligibility; Saturdays & Sundays 7:00am – 9:00pm (FREE On-Campus Housing Available)
The Residential Life Weekend Staff will help guide students in the implementation of daily living skills training and provide evening supervision and direction for the students through the implementation of both structured activities and leisure time interactions in an effort to help students grow towards Appropriate Independence TM. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required. Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is preferred, but not required. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills and a high level of professionalism, including the ability to maintain confidentiality.
