Key Contributors
Every quarter, Shepherds College asks staff to nominate their co-workers who consistently demonstrate one or more of the Shepherds College Key Behaviors. The leadership team reviews the nominated staff, and several are selected to receive the title of Key Contributor for that quarter. We are grateful to the following staff members who represent Shepherds College with such excellence.

Gabby Kutschke, Advisor
Gabby is an invaluable team member who excels at communication and support. She deeply cares for her students, always going the extra mile to help them grow. Her quick, thoughtful responses and ability to create useful resources make her a key asset. Gabby’s positive attitude and professionalism inspire both students and staff. We are truly blessed to have her on our Shepherds College team!

Katie consistently goes above and beyond to support both students and co-workers at Shepherds College. Known for her creativity and problem-solving, she is always focused on solutions and is a vital asset to the team. Her dedication and ability to tackle challenges make her an invaluable member of the Shepherds College community.

Carrie makes us better! Her motto, “Whatever it is, make it better,” reflects her dedication to excellence. She’s streamlined family transitions from Admissions and improved student ESCV processes through her strong organizational skills. Carrie’s efforts help multiple departments collaborate more effectively, advancing our mission. Shepherds College is a better place because of her, and we are incredibly grateful for all she contributes!

Dominique Dinh, Life Skills Coach
Everything Dominique does points to Jesus! Dominique understands Ephesians 6:7, when the Word instructs followers to “Work with enthusiasm as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people.” Dominique is a prayer warrior who is often seen praying with students. When students encounter a health concern or a worry, Dom is the first person they turn to for prayer.

Tony LaFranzo, Food Service Manager/Commercial Kitchen Lead
Tony brings so much energy and fun to the Culinary Arts team! He routinely models one of our key behaviors—“Be Creative.” He lets students choose the music played in the kitchen and encourages them to reach their highest potential. Tony models Christ-likeness with his unconditional support of staff and students, generously giving of his time and talents while he provides body-and-soul-nourishing lunches for Shepherds College.

Elijah Andrus, Life Skills Coach/Educational Coach
Elijah could be the measuring stick we use to measure all staff members. He is kind, patient, flexible, gracious, and a positive contributor to the Shepherds College community. He takes a genuine interest in the students and treats them with dignity and respect. Elijah works long hours and still has a smile on his face whenever he interacts with others.

Jim Anderson, Commercial Kitchen Production Assistant
Jim has the unique ability to make everyone feel seen, heard, and valued. His positive attitude improves the work atmosphere around him. Jim pursues excellence by daily working on his craft—anything from his knife skills to his approach to coaching students. He models Christ-likeness through his willingness to serve others with a joyful heart.
